Qualified and eligible candidates of APEAMCET-2019(MPC Stream) are informed to participate in web counseling for the seats available in Engineering and Pharmacy colleges in the State (both University and Private) for the academic year 2019-20 on payment of processing fee Amount of Processing fee to be paid: Rs.1200/- (for OC/BC) and Rs. 600/- (for SC/ST) through online by credit card/ debit card/ (or) net banking through the “ Processing fee Payment Online” link in the web site https://apeamcet.nic.in
What candidate has to do after payment of processing fee ? Candidates are informed that the verification of certificates viz SSC memo, Intermediate marks memo, VI class to Intermediate study certificates, Caste Certificate, Income Certificate/Ration Card, Physically Challenged Certificate, Residence Certificate have to be verified by the counseling authorities. However, candidates are requested to note that these certificates were already verified through web services from the respective board/agencies based on the information furnished by the candidate while applying for APEAMCET2019 i.e., Common Entrance Test. This facilitates to curtail the duration of the counseling, to avoid huge expenditure which is to be incurred for traveling and stay by the candidates, attending certificate verification in Helpline Centre. However, in some cases the verification may be incomplete. Hence the candidates are requested to note the following.
ఎంసెట్‌ ఆన్‌లైన్‌ ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రాల పరిశీలన 77% పూర్తి సహాయ కేంద్రాలకు వెళ్లాల్సింది 23% మంది అభ్యర్థులే (రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా 24 కేంద్రాల ఏర్పాటు) ఏపీఎంసెట్‌లో ఉత్తీర్ణులైన అభ్యర్థులంతా ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రాల పరిశీలనకు సహాయ కేంద్రాలకు వెళ్లాల్సిన అవసరం లేదని ఉన్నత విద్యామండలి కార్యదర్శి వరదరాజన్‌ స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఆన్‌లైన్‌ పరిశీలనలో వివరాలు వచ్చినవారు నేరుగా ప్రాసెసింగ్‌ రుసుము చెల్లించి, ఆప్షన్లు ఇచ్చుకోవచ్చని ఆయన ఓ ప్రకటనలో పేర్కొన్నారు. ఆన్‌లైన్‌ ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రాల పరిశీలనలో 77% మంది విద్యార్థుల పత్రాలు సక్రమంగా ఉన్నట్లు వచ్చాయని వెల్లడించారు. ఎంసెట్‌లో 1,23,262 మందికి ర్యాంకులు కేటాయించగా.. ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో 95,200 మంది అభ్యర్థుల ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రాల పరిశీలన పూర్తయినట్లు వెల్లడించారు. ఈ అభ్యర్థులు ప్రాసెసింగ్‌ రుసుము చెల్లించే ముందు ఆన్‌లైన్‌లోనే ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రాల పరిశీలన చేసుకునే సదుపాయం కల్పించామన్నారు. ఒకవేళ పత్రాల పరిశీలన పెండింగ్‌ అని వస్తే అలాంటివారు సహాయకేంద్రాలకు వెళ్లాల్సి ఉంటుందని తెలిపారు. ఎంసెట్‌ కౌన్సెలింగ్‌కు నోటిఫికేషన్‌ సోమవారం విడుదల కానుందని, ర్యాంకర్లు ఈనెల 29 నుంచి ప్రాసెసింగ్‌ రుసుము చెల్లించవచ్చని సూచించారు.

After payment of processing fee Click on “Verification Status”
1. Enter Hall ticket Number and click on “Show” button.
2. The candidate details will be displayed and at the bottom of the screen the candidates whose certificates got verified online will get display message “Candidate is eligible for exercising options“ all such candidates need not go to Help line centers for certificate verification and they have to proceed to option entry as per the schedule given in the notification.
3. The candidates whose certificates are not verified online will get display “candidate is not eligible” Contact Help Line Center for certificate verification“ such candidates have to go Help line centers and get their certificates verified and they have to proceed to option entry as per the schedule given in the notification
4. If the candidate is not agreeing with the data verified, candidate is directed to visit the nearest Helpline Centre with all original certificates for verification.
5. Verified candidates need to check the Eligibility for Fee Reimbursement, If it is displayed as “NO” but you are eligible for Fee Reimbursement then after paying the Processing Fee go to the nearest Helpline Centre with Original Income Certificate to get Fee Reimbursement Eligibility.
6. Verify the mobile number displayed in the verification status for correctness as all the counseling information will be sent to this mobile number only. If you want to change your mobile number visit nearest Helpline Centre and request to change the mobile number in writing to HLC coordinator.
7. The Candidate is requested to verify all the details displayed and Candidate wishes to change the data like Date Of Birth, Gender, Region, Caste, Fee Exemption, Minority ,Mobile Number Etc approach nearby Help Line Center With Original certificates for verification.

2. Verified Status will be displayed.
3. Please check under “Status” if you find “Verified Online” then visit https://apeamcet.nic.in to pay the processing fee, and after paying processing fee directly go for option entry. Candidate need not go to Helpline centre.
4. If the verified candidate is not agreeing with the data verified, candidate is directed to pay the processing fee online and visit the nearest Helpline Centre with all original certificates.
5. Verified candidates need to check the Eligibility for Fee Reimbursment, If it is displayed as ‘NO‘ but you are eligible for Fee Reimbursment then after paying the Processing Fee go to the nearest Helpline Centre with Original Income Certificate to get Fee Reimbursment Eligibility.
6. If the candidate finds “Status: Your Certificates Verification is pending” visit https://apeamcet.nic.in pay the processing fee and visit nearest Helpline Centre with all original certificates for verification.
